Atlas Holdings Launches RESRG Automotive with Acquisitions of Rehau Automotive and SRG Global

  • RESRG Automotive Becomes a Leading Global Automotive Supplier of Coated Exterior Systems and Components
  • Automotive Supply Industry Veteran Jeff Stafeil to Lead Combined Business

April 3, 2025 — Atlas Holdings announced today the formation of RESRG Automotive, a global supplier of coated exterior systems and components to automotive OEMs established with the closing of Atlas’ previously announced acquisitions of Rehau Automotive and SRG Global. The Rehau Group, the former parent of Rehau Automotive, will partner with Atlas in the new company through a minority ownership stake in RESRG.

RESRG will be led by Chief Executive Officer Jeff Stafeil, a 30-year veteran of the automotive supply industry. Stafeil previously served as Chief Financial Officer of Tenneco. Prior to that role, he served as Executive Vice President and CFO of Adient PLC. Atlas Operating Partner Fritz Henderson, who has extensive senior management experience across the automotive and manufacturing industries, will serve as Chairman of the Board.

With 10,000 associates across 22 production sites worldwide, RESRG combines SRG Global’s integrated, functional decorative systems for the automotive, mobility, and commercial truck industries with Rehau Automotive’s exterior, bumper, and polymer functional systems.

SRG’s latest revenues were estimated at over 300 million Euros. Rehau´s automotive business reported sales of approximately 1.4 billion Euros in 2023.

RESRG manufacturing capabilities include operations on Injection Molding, Blow Molding, Painting, Plating, and Lighting. Products supplied by the new company comprise Front and rear bumpers, Grilles, Spoilers, Rocker panels, Wheel arch covers, Wheel flares, Wheel caps, Lower door moldings, Hood moldings, Roof panels, Front and rear seamless panels, Claddings, Bodyside molding, Head and fog lamp bezels, Emblems and nameplates, as well as Interior Products such as Air duct systems, Center console, Instrument panel, and Door panel components.
