Rebrasil launches infrared panels for Thermoforming.

Rebrasil launches in Interplast 2010 infrared Elstein panels for thermoforming, used in the manufacture of molded plastic parts, such as interiors of refrigerators, freezers, cupboards and all kinds of parts or molded packaging in a specific process, where the heating cannot have contact. "The panels are designed with cutting edge technology and the best innovations available in the market. They are lightweight, compact and in custom sizes according to customer needs and the production process has a 25% energy savings due to the use of HTS technology", explains the engineer Edson Minhoni, technical manager of Rebrasil. Besides the launch, Rebrasil exhibits other product lines such as tubular, microtubular, cartridge and collar heating elements and electric heating elements for the plastic, food and chemical industries, among others.
